For the past 4 years, I have worked with Jeremy Paul Arnold Sowden on
the Debian Window Maker Team.  I had previously endorsed his key on
2021-12-06 and am providing an updated endorsement as part of his
application for Debian Developer.

For this past work, Jeremy Paul Arnold Sowden sent mails using the
email address jeremy@azazel.net which is the one they're using on
nm.debian.org, and they signed their work and email using a GPG key
with fingerprint 8790 309C 1565 8B33 994E CA9A 4E14 2C21 6BDF C613.

I've made sure that they are able to decrypt encrypted messages sent to this key
and that they're able to sign messages with the same key.

Due to the long-term interactions we had, I'm convinced that Jeremy
Paul Arnold Sowden as they present themselves on nm.debian.org is the
rightful owner of both email jeremy@azazel.net and GPG key 8790 309C
