For the past years, I have worked with Joachim Bauch on libheif and other packages.

For this past work, Joachim Bauch sent mails using the email address bauch@struktur.de
which is the one they're using on nm.debian.org, and they signed their work and
email using a GPG key with fingerprint BE3D 8AF0 66B6 EC80 7966  7FD7 77C1 D22D 53E1 5F02.

I've made sure that they are able to decrypt encrypted messages sent to this key
and that they're able to sign messages with the same key.

Due to the long-term interactions we had, I'm convinced that Joachim Bauch as they
present themselves on nm.debian.org is the rightful owner of both email
bauch@struktur.de and GPG key BE3D 8AF0 66B6 EC80 7966  7FD7 77C1 D22D 53E1 5F02.
