[ Please note I sent this same endorsement on October 6 as a regular
mail to the list; I'm sending it again via the NM interface so that
it is linked to Filip's NM process. ]

Hello,

I met Filip Strömbäck in March 2021, when he presented a poster session of
the framework he develops, the Storm language, and a specific tool built
with it, Progvis, at the ACM SIGCSE (Computer Science Education)
conference. This was during the COVID lockdown, so we only interacted
online.

We found common interest to make Progvis and Storm available in Debian, and
we worked together for the packaging; I gave just minor guidance and he did
most of the heavy lifting. I started sponsoring his packages with version
0.5.10-1 which, according to the Debian Package Tracker, was accepted in
Main in January 2022¹. I followed sponsoring several releases, until by
October 2023 he became a DM². Naturally, Filip created his OpenPGP key
(full fingerprint: B358981A86F095F143C2CC2116C56181D19233AF) for this.

We don't interact very often, but we do keep in touch. I am comfortable in
asserting that the key I mentioned, 0x16C56181D19233AF, is linked to our
communications and to his Debian work since at least two years ago.
