For the past 18 months, I have worked with Marius Gripsgard on getting
the Lomiri operating environment into Debian. Marius mainly worked on the
upstream side providing Lomiri components that build and work on Debian
unstable.

As Lomiri is the operating environment in Ubuntu Touch (which Marius is a
core developer of), Marius has excellent expertise on creating and
maintaining DEB packages. Under my supervision he will now start
translating this expertise to official Debian packaging.

For this past work, Marius Gripsgard sent mails using the email address marius@ubports.com
which is the one they're using on nm.debian.org, and they signed their work and
email using a GPG key with fingerprint 9BAE 683E 99C3 2552 D76F  9E83 BAF9 CEC3 F692 2789.

I've made sure that they are able to decrypt encrypted messages sent to this key
and that they're able to sign messages with the same key.

Due to the long-term interactions we had, I'm convinced that Marius Gripsgard as they
present themselves on nm.debian.org is the rightful owner of both email
marius@ubports.com and GPG key 9BAE 683E 99C3 2552 D76F  9E83 BAF9 CEC3 F692 2789.
