For the past year, I have met Patryk Cisek several times.

For this past work, Patryk Cisek sent mails using the email address patryk@debian.org
which is the one they're using on nm.debian.org, and they signed their work and

I've made sure that they are able to decrypt encrypted messages sent to this key
and that they're able to sign messages with the same key.

Due to the long-term interactions we had, I'm convinced that Patryk Cisek as they
present themselves on nm.debian.org is the rightful owner of both email
patryk@debian.org and GPG key 4172 6E33 A584 4A77 D2EF  1DAF 1ABF A401 CCAA 707A.
