Daniel Milde

Hi, my name is Daniel Milde, I am software engineer from Prague, Czech republic, aged 35.

I started using Debian and Free Software around year 2005 when attending bachelors degree at Czech Technical University in Prague. I have been using Debian since then, mainly for running varied servers (web, mail, file, etc.). I also started participating with Free/Open source software later on with some minor contributions to various projects and creating some my own free software.

One of my project I started is https://pybenchmarks.org/ - performance benchmarks comparing different implementations and interpreters of Python. I also package some software for Arch Linux (for AUR).

My Debian work: I have contributed mainly to packages around project gdu (which I am maintainer of), but later on I would like to also participate in Python packages, because I use Python on daily basis. I am member of Golang and Python teams.
