Short Biography
I'm working since more than 25 years with and on OpenSource software and almost all of the machines I'm working on are running Debian or Ubuntu.
Most of my professional work currently is around realtime streaming applications, telephony and WebRTC.
I have been contributing to various projects in the past, e.g. Nextcloud, WebRTC, coturn, libsrtp, red5, to name a few.
For the Debian project itself I'm currently maintaining the packages libde265 (since 2014) and libheif (since 2018) for which I would like to become a Debian Maintainer. In the future I would like to upgrade to be a Debian Developer to further help the Debian project in other areas.
