I am a passionate software engineer, free software enthusiast, and an advanced Debian user. By education, I am a sociologist. I first got in touch with Linux in 2019, and since then, Debian has become my operating system of choice.
I deeply respect everyone who contributes to Debian, and I am inspired by the open source community and the collaborative spirit behind this project. I see open source as something much greater than just software - it is a lasting contribution, a form of friendship, passion, and a gift to both society and the projects we build together. As a Debian Maintainer and volunteer, I enjoy both using and contributing to Debian in my spare time. I don't contribute to Debian alone - my cat Flupi helps me.
I write mainly in C and Bash, with a particular love for shell scripting. I prefer minimalist environments and terminals, and I am a fan of Vim and its keybindings. When I have free time, I sometimes play multiplayer Quake 3 Arena on Debian.
Outside of computers, I also enjoy boxing and cycling.
