Packages

• dh-virtualenv: adopted for the Debian Python Team (ITA #1141903). 1.2.2-3 was my first upload, sponsored by Alexandre Detiste. In 1.3 I made it a native package built with hatchling, added a dh-virtualenv-doc binary (accepted through NEW) and added autopkgtests. 1.3.1 is ready on Salsa and waits for 1.3 to migrate to testing.
• pytoolconfig: being adopted (ITA #1093665).

Bugs fixed in dh-virtualenv

• 845712, #856144, #984767: options passed to dh with -O--name=value

  were dropped (e.g. --python, --builtin-venv)

• 1150720: the activate scripts kept the build path

• 1150721: --builtin-venv without --python did not use python3

• 1150722: the Perl buildsystem left the build path in activate* and

  in the long-path exec trampoline

• 1150894: --setuptools was broken with virtualenv >= 20

• 1150896: prerm left the runtime pycache behind after remove/purge

• 997383: closed, it had been fixed in 1.2.2-1.4

I also removed the Python 2 era leftovers (Travis, tox, invoke, dh_python2/pycentral/pysupport in the sequence), fixed the Dockerfile and moved the documentation from the old, unmaintained Read the Docs project to Salsa Pages.
