I began to use Linux in 2012, when I bought my first personal laptop. It was preinstalled with Ubuntu and I didn’t turn it into other systems until it was retired. During that time, I was also a system admin in my campus association which has servers installed with Debian.

I filed issue #810616 on 10 Jan, 2016, which I thinks it was my first contribution to Debian. Then I tried to maintain some packages and golang-github-xiaq-persistent is my first package accepted into Debian repository. Now I think I have knowledges and experiences for packaging.

I appreciate and enjoy when I use Debian as my primary operating system. I’m a python developer and my work is related to OpenStack and Ceph which are also great open source projects. I hope I can go further about contributing Debian.
