I fully support Arnaud Ferraris <arnaud.ferraris@gmail.com>'s request
to become a Debian Developer, uploading. I have worked with Arnaud on
multiple packages in the DebianOnMobile team over the past years
including packages generating multiple binary packages and shared
libraries. He introduced new packages and updated existing ones. His
calm and focused way to work is always a pleasure.
I have worked with Arnaud Ferraris (key Arnaud Ferraris
<arnaud.ferraris@gmail.com> (key 796D B393 DC3F F402 22B6 EA22 D3EB
B596 6BB9 9196) via Matrix and gitlab many times and I believe he can
be trusted to to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised,
unrestricted upload rights, right now.
