I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.
I have worked on packaging (qpwgraph and rkdeveloptool are in the archives)
for a while and I would like to be able to upload my own versions of these
packages without a sponsor.
I have made multiple small contributions to other packages too which I will
continue to do on my way to becoming Debian Developer at some point in the
future.
