I advocate SZ Lin (key 178F8338B31401E304FC44BAA959B38A9561F3F9) to become
Debian Developer, uploading.

SZ Lin already has many contributions in Debian project [0]. For the packages I
sponsored, he has showed his skill on packaging, communication and learning.

Beside packaging, he helped to deal with domain hijacking on "debian.org.tw".
With his help, community now regain the control of "debian.org.tw". He is also
a member of DebConf18@Taiwan team right now and has already surveyed some
venues.

With his contributions and passion, I believe he will become a good Debian
Developer.
