I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.

I started to use Debian since 2009, in this period, I enjoy the design concept and its stability.

I volunteer my time to pack packages which I often used in Debian. 

For now I already maintained following packages
- - "googler" (https://anonscm.debian.org/git/collab-maint/googler.git/) 
- - "buku" (https://anonscm.debian.org/git/collab-maint/buku.git)
- - "openvas-libraries" (https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-security/openvas-libraries.git)
- - "openvas-scanner"  (https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-security/openvas-scanner.git)

Contribute in following package
- - "hyperscan" (https://anonscm.debian.org/git/collab-maint/hyperscan.git/tree/debian/copyright)

Translate "packaging-tutorial" in Traditional Chinese
- - https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=824558;msg=7

I also a contributor with Debian community website in Taiwan (https://github.com/linux-taiwan/www.debian.org.tw) and a member of pkg-security team.

I look forward to becoming a Debian Developer, uploading.
