I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.
I have adopted jimtcl and rush for a while and I would like to be able maintain
more packages as DM. I mean I won't upload package with DM right and will solid
my packaging skill with other DD's help.
My goal is to be DD and I think this is the first step to achive it.This will
motivate me to contribute more focused on Debian and it helps me to port
riscv64 more conveniently also.
