I have worked with Abraham Raji on organizing Debian events in India for more than 
3 1/2 years and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

I have worked with Abraham Raji on organizing Mini DebConfs and DebUtsavs and also 
he is part of the DebConf23 India Team. He is responsible for the design related 
requirements of Debian India.

I have personally worked with Abraham Raji <work@abrahamr.in>
(key 10F57F97CE7F4500803B2EAAF67DA33EE71DFDA9) for 3 1/2 years, and I know Abraham Raji
can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, right now.

T shirts, logos etc. He is also part of the DebConf 23 India team. many years and I consider them
