I support Andrea Pappacoda <andrea@pappacoda.it>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Andrea Pappacoda on all of his current packages (cloudflare-ddns, cubeb,
cpp-httplib, dynarmic, howardhinnant-date, mbedtls, microprofile, vixl, xbyak, zycore-c, zydis)
and the ITP yuzu for 8 months and I consider him as having sufficient technical competence.
Andrea makes sure to hand in packages that are okay from the start and check all the lintian
boxes (which some people that I have sponsored have not done). He worked hard to get all the
dependencies for yuzu in place and works upstream first. I never had to explain a package
convention twice.
I have personally worked with Andrea Pappacoda <andrea@pappacoda.it>
(key 66DEF15282990C2199EFA801A8A128A8AB1CEE49) for 8 months, and I know Andrea Pappacoda
can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
