I support Gavin Lai <gavin09@gmail.com>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.

I have worked with Gavin Lai on bugs related to skypat and pass-extension-tail Debian packages, and he fixed issues and imported the new version of packages for last 5 years. His contributions demonstrate his ability as a maintainer.

Aside from that, Gavin Lai also contributed to debconf18 to organize childcare-related tasks[1].
