I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian
Maintainer, with guest account.

I have worked on packaging the yosys/ghdl FPGA synthesis toolchain for
a while now and I would like to be able to upload the related packages
myself to unburden my current sponsor.

Source packages I'm requesting an upload ACL entry for:

  - yosys
  - nextpnr
  - berkeley-abc
  - fpga-icestorm
