Application Manager report
For
Bernelle Verster <bernellev@gmail.com> to become DD, non-upl., an Application Manager has
a look at all the information collected on this site, has a look to past contributions,
asks a few questions if needed, and tries to build some trust that Bernelle Verster
should indeed be Debian Developer, non-uploading.

After looking at Bernelle Verster <bernellev@gmail.com>'s contributions
and after exchanging some emails to get to know them a bit better,
I agree that Bernelle Verster <bernellev@gmail.com> can and should
indeed be a Debian Developer, non-uploading again.
Bernelle was retired for less than a year,
technically is already back since DebConf22
and has answered the questions I had in this process to my satisfaction,
so can and should be DD again :)
