I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian
Developer, non-uploading.
I have been asked and accepted to stay on the DebConf Committee, and
thus will need to change from emeritus to active status.
Over the past two years I have improved my general computer
understanding skills. I have taken time out for my personal
wellbeing and made significant changes to my life, freeing up
headspace for projects I consider important to me. I have started
a project that I feel is directly relevant to, and can contribute
directly to Debian.
Further, I intend to work with the Debian Design team to make a
new user process similar to the new maintainer process, that guides
complete newbies (like me a short while ago) through what Debian,
and FOSS generally, means.
