I'm writing to advocate Ruben as a Debian Maintainer.

I've had the pleasure of working with Ruben for many years on
different projects, many relating to Debian or free software. I
know from my experience working with him that he cares about the
principles and ideals of free software, the Debian project, and
also is a great contributor on a technical level.

I've always had great interactions socially with Ruben, he is
very committed, thoughtful, and considerate. He brings attention
to detail on a technical level that makes him a pleasure to work
with.

I've sponsored Ruben's packages (eg. obfs4proxy), which has been
easy because he took care of all the necessary details without
needing help.

I am sure that Debian would be a better place with Ruben as a
Debian Maintainer and am happy to be able to provide an advocate
for this process!
