I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.
I have worked within the Debian Rust team and helped with packaging and
maintenance of a number of Rust packages. I also helped update a few Python
ones.
I would like to become a Debian Maintainer so I can more efficiently work on
the packages I'm an uploader of, and learn more about how to work within the
developer community.
