I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian
Maintainer, with guest account.
I am currently a Debian Maintainer, and I would like to get guest
access to a mips64el porter machine to debug a mips64el FTBFS of
my most recent git upload; see https://bugs.debian.org/842586.
(Note that I am also in the middle of the application process for
uploading Debian Developer at https://nm.debian.org/process/98,
but I expect that to take time.)
