I support Fabian Grünbichler <debian@fabian.gruenbichler.email>'s
request to become a Debian Maintainer. I have seen Fabian Grünbichler
working on Rust related stuff for several months and I consider him as
having sufficient technical competence. I would like Fabian Grünbichler
(key DB527D8ED64BDBB7BA48ECD03357018EB9999C0A) to be trusted to have
upload rights for all packages, so including Rust eco system related packages.
