I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.
I have worked on rustc toolchain packages (such as rustc, cargo and debcargo)
and the library crate ecosystem (rust-*) for a while and I would like to be
able to upload (these) packages on my own in coordination with the Rust
Packaging Team.
