For nm.debian.org, at 2016-10-31:
I support Sruthi Chandran <srud@disroot.org>'s request to become Debian
Maintainer. I have worked with Sruthi Chandran on the following projects since
August 2016:
 - packaging Tibetan fonts (under debian-in team),
 - rubygems for diaspora (under pkg-ruby-extras team) and
 - nodejs modules for grunt (under pkg-javascript team)

I have personally worked with Sruthi Chandran <srud@disroot.org> (key
F8891B552BADDE5D09368B47C9B0AC74C72B5836) for about 3 months working on
packaging and taking packaging workshops together, and I know Sruthi Chandran
can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
