I support Marius Gripsgard <marius@ubports.com>'s request to become a Debian
Developer, uploading.

We have worked together on Lomiri packaging for Debian and also on Lomiri / Ubuntu Touch on the upstream side. Marius has been the lead developer of Ubuntu Touch since Canonical Ltd. dropped the upstream activity on the project. Marius shows some great expertise accross various aspects of modern computer systems (esp. phones) and is a CMake and Qt/QML magician.

I have personally worked with Marius Gripsgard <marius@ubports.com>
(key 9BAE683E99C32552D76F9E83BAF9CEC3F6922789) for two years now, and I know Marius
Gripsgard can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised,
unrestricted upload rights, right now. Marius and I have also met in person before Covid-19 at FOSDEM and it is a pleasure to work with him.
