I have had the opportunity to exchange emails with Marius Gripsgard
<marius@ubports.com> so that I could know them a bit better and also to discuss
several aspects of the Debian project. Marius has done quite a lot of packaging
and they seem to be comfortable with it. They demonstrated a good knowledge of
our Philosophy and Procedures and could find resources to solve questions when
it was needed.

I agree with the advocates that Marius Gripsgard <marius@ubports.com> can and
should indeed be a Debian Developer, uploading right now.
