This is my declaration of intent to become a Debian Maintainer. This is not yet
intended as a step to becoming a Debian Developer. The motivation is to do what 
I am already doing without creating unnecessary work for a sponsor.
I have read the Social Contract, Debian Free Software Guidelines and Debian
Machine Usage Policy and agree with all of them.

I currently maintain several packages from the GAP ecosystem. The most 
important one is gap-hap, which can do homological algebra computations.
