For nm.debian.org, at 2023-02-24:
I support Soren Stoutner <soren@stoutner.com>'s request to become a Debian
Maintainer. He is now a co-maintainer of the Qt 5 WebEngine package, and has
made some improvements to the packaging, like getting rid of an embedded
openjpeg library, using system location for hunspell dictionaries, updating
Lintian overrides. Each of these was a non-trivial task due to the nature
of Qt WebEngine package, which embeds Chromium, and Soren has sufficient
technical competence to solve such issues.
I have personally worked with Soren Stoutner <soren@stoutner.com>
(key 70A47058E225C1A89FE3B4482D48F45A7EBE8C12) for almost two months, and
I know Soren Stoutner can be trusted to have upload rights for his own
packages, right now.
