I am applying to change my status to Debian Developer, uploading.

I have been a Debian Maintainer for the past few years. I have primarily worked
within the PHP packaging team, where I have created, adopted, and maintained
various packages, as well as contributed to the team's packaging tools and
participated in major version transitions.

As a Debian Developer, I would like to further my involvement in the project by
more easily maintaining both existing and new packages, providing assistance
with mentoring and sponsorship requests, and contributing to other areas of the
project.
