I want to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.

I am a Ph.D. student with research interest in high-performance computing (HPC),
and have been using Debian for over ten years since middle school. I currently
maintain numerous Debian lab servers equipped with HPC-related packages.
Therefore I am familiar with the HPC software stack, including device drivers,
libraries, schedulers, and some applications.

I have done some packaging work on our lab servers, e.g. backporting, fixing bugs,
updating from upstream, and creating new packages. I would like to give back to
the community, and help the Debian HPC Team with their work.
