I support the request of Mario Anthony Limonciello <mario.limonciello@dell.com>
(key 0B0B6E494E9D5EFB39180D9A2D192CA624770276) to become Debian Maintainer.
I have mainly worked with him on the fwupd package and related bits for a year
now, and I think he is more than ready to become DM and upload packages to the
archive by himself.

For a while, I am uploading his changes unchanged without any issues.

Mario Anthony Limonciello can be trusted to have upload rights for his own
packages, and the ones we collaborate on in the UEFI team.

Debian EFI team, and I have been sponsoring his uploads of a number of
packages in that area for a long time now, I know Mario Anthony
Limonciello can be trusted to have upload rights for his own packages,
right now.
