For nm.debian.org, at 2023-06-28:

I support Lena Voytek <lena@voytek.dev>'s request to become a Debian
Maintainer. I have worked with Lena Voytek on MySQL packaging in both Debian
and Ubuntu, and on various other packages in Ubuntu. I've been working with
Lena since October 2021, and on MySQL packaging specifically since January
2022. Since then, Lena has prepared and I have sponsored seven successive
mysql-8.0 uploads into Debian.

Over that time Lena has consistently kept up with MySQL upstream releases,
getting them into Debian. She has kept up as Ubuntu diverged over security
updates and other bugfixes, bringing all the fixes into Debian so that Ubuntu
is now back in sync with Debian.

She has also made significant improvements in packaging, finding neat ways of
fixing various longstanding bugs.

I have personally worked with Lena Voytek <lena@voytek.dev> (key
63EEFC3DE14D5146CE7F24BF34B8AD7D9529E793) for 1 year and 8 months, and I know
Lena Voytek can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right
now.
