I support Philippe Coval <rzr@users.sf.net>'s request to become a 
Debian Maintainer.  I have worked with Philippe Coval as a sponsor 
for tuxguitar between 2006 and 2013 and believe that Philippe is
sufficiently technical competent to have DM upload rights for this
and other packages.

I look forward to working with Philippe again!

I support Philippe Coval <rzr@users.sf.net>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer. I only recently checked the technical work of Philippe Coval, but we've had numerous opportunities to work together at a local level over the past few years, typically in Linux User Groups. I witnessed that Philippe puts a strong and thoughtful emphasis on ethics, and strives to reach peaceful resolutions while working with groups of volunteers. Consequently I believe rzr's actions will honor the Debian Social Contract.
