I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked on libfilezilla, filezilla and rednotebook for a while and I would
like to be able to upload my DM packages without need for ponsorship.
I also wish to extend my involvement in Debian and be a productive member with
a greater voice and be able to vote on the future of the project.
