Hi
Please make Daniel Gröber (currently a Debian Maintainer, with guest
account) a Debian Developer, uploading (advocated by gregoa, moeller).
Key 57A1BF15B4F6F99B89EDB29FD39481AE1E79ACF7 should be moved from the
'Debian Maintainer, with guest account' to the 'Debian Developer,
uploading' keyring.
Note that Daniel Gröber already has an account in LDAP.

Details from dxld:
For nm.debian.org, at 2023-08-28:
I hereby request a change of status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading.
I've been maintaining a number of free software FPGA synthesis flow
related
packages as DM (yosys, nextpnr, fpga-icestorm, berkeley-abc) for a year
give or take. Recently adding support for new FPGA types has required
uploading new packages putting additional load on my kind sponsors.
I would like to be able to handle these changes myself and I feel it's
time
to take the step to DD anyhow.
In the future I'd like to work on making Debian better at acting as a
piece
of network infrastructure. I'm working on ifupdown-ng as a promising
drop-in ifupdown replacement, the high-performance kernel-bypass
networking
system fdio-vpp and IPv6 transitional technology encouraging IPv6-only
networks (NAT64/SIIT/CLAT) all of which will be much easier as DD.
