For nm.debian.org, at 2023-08-30:
I support Marc Leeman <marc.leeman@gmail.com>'s request to become a Debian
Maintainer. I have worked with Marc Leeman on gstreamer and WebRTC
technologies in Barco, for more than 3 years and I consider him as having
more than sufficient technical competence in various fields, not just Debian.

Professionally he has strived to promote Debian in all his workplaces, not
because he is a zealot, but because he can prove that Debian is a superior
technically solution. He has provided with apt repositories, debian package
builders, custom debian packaging, debian installers, redundant boot A/B
solutions and all that in the 'proper' Debian way. Provided with his deep
knowledge of gstreamer, parts of which he has already packaged for Debian,
I'm pretty sure there are many things he could give back to Debian.

As a person he is great to work with, trustworthy, always helpful and with a
great sense of humour.

I will stop now as I would not like for this to appear as a recommendation
letter to recruiters.

I have personally worked with Marc Leeman <marc.leeman@gmail.com>
(key 827CFD74BA468152A041F3A07A6A4F175995A65B) for more than 3 years, and I
know Marc Leeman can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages,
right now.
