I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.

I have been a Debian contributor since 2020 and a DM since April of 2023.

I have worked on several packages doing Q&A, contributed with many uploads via
the Debian Security Tools team and currently I am helping in curl (more
specifically uploads to stable and old stable to fix CVEs). Now I would like to
become a Debian Developer with upload rights.
