For nm.debian.org, at 2023-09-19:
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer, with guest account.
I have worked in the Rust team for a while and I would like to be able to test run various
builds on architectures that I don't have easy access to myself, currently I would need to
test a build of rust-request on a mips64el machine: https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=rust-reqwest
