I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
non-uploading. I was part of the DebConf23 local team who worked mainly with the
website team. I'm a volunteer of Free Software Community of India and I've
helped in promoting Free Software which include helping organize Debian release
parties, Debian day and Debian packaging workshops in and around my locality.
