I support Dave Hibberd <d@vehibberd.com>'s request to become a Debian
Developer, uploading. I have worked with Dave Hibberd in the Debian Hamradio
Team for 4 years and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.
In the Debian Hamradio Team, he has been taking care of various packages. Most
notably, he has recently picked up the stack of utilities for AX.25 networking
which was quite under-maintained before.
He has a good understanding of technical issues and is pleasant to work with.
I know Dave Hibberd can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have
unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
