  I have worked on the MediaWiki packaging for about two years now, and
  recently did most of the work to upgrade the package to the 1.39 LTS
  upstream release. MediaWiki has roughly quaterly security releases and
  we often need to upload them to security-master (which is restricted to
  DDs only).
  In addition I've recently been packaging some Go programs, and the
  ability to upload to NEW directly would be useful too.
