For nm.debian.org, at 2023-11-06:
I support Safir Secerovic <sapphire@linux.org.ba>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Safir Secerovic on Lutris, MangoHud and gamescope
for 8 months and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

Safir is a highly motivated individual, that has showed the ability to learn
the intricacies of Debian packaging. Time and time again he also demonstrated
me his motivation to update packages in a timely manner and fix existing issues
with the required perseverence given a slow responding maintainer (that is me).

I have personally worked with Safir Secerovic <sapphire@linux.org.ba>
(key F5571D19D5EA1E538A3433F0DD46BC9562EAE292) for 8 months, and I know Safir Secerovic
can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
