Details from cpina:

  For nm.debian.org, at 2023-11-07:
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
  non-uploading.
I have been using Debian since Debian Potato for work (software
development / syadmin in different companies) and personal use (private
VPS and home computers). Debian has been my distribution of choice for 23
  years now.
Since 2021, I have been working on the Debusine project
  (https://salsa.debian.org/freexian-team/debusine, my Salsa account:
https://salsa.debian.org/carlespina): a software factory that, besides
other things, builds Debian packages. Debusine project has asked the DSA
team to deploy Debusine onto Debian infrastructure and being a DD means I
  can help with its maintenance.
During my contributions to Debusine, I have also made some contributions
to https://salsa.debian.org/salsa-ci-team/pipeline/ , reported bugs and
learnt some Debian internals and its tooling. Nowadays, almost all my
  development happens in Salsa.
Besides Debusine, I want to improve Debian packages. I have started
packaging software in Debian with the goal of contributing by maintaining
existing packages (and adding some new ones). I am a member of Debian's
  python-team.
I am upstream of a package that is already in Debian (since 2006). I will
help the current maintainer of this package with updates to Qt 6.
