I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading.
I've been maintaining or co-maintaining packages for a while, as well as
filling bugs, submitting patches, and doing general advocacy work.
While I could do all these as a mere DM, I would love to participate in
Debian's democratic process.
