Developer, non-uploading. I have worked with Akash Santhosh during the in
DebConf23 build-up, and at the event. I consider him to be aligned with our
values, and part of our community.

Akash worked with the video and network teams at DebConf 23. He was critical to
both. He also helped out with video at the Cambridge mini-DebConf.

I have personally worked with Akash Santhosh <akashfeb6@gmail.com>

core team for many months and I consider them as having sufficient technical
competence.

He was crucial in providing the network connectivity for DebConf23 and worked
closely with video team for providing a smooth debconf experience. He also
stepped in for various other tasks for DebConf23.
