I support Quentin Lejard <debian@valde.fr>'s request to become a Debian Developer, non-uploading.
I have worked with Quentin Lejard in the french translation team since May 2017 where he contributes efficiently as reviewer and translater, handling various texts for the Debian website, documentation and debconf files for diverse packages. He is also Wiki contributor and, in light of his work, I consider him as having all the neccessary skills.
Furthermore, Quentin Lejard, active member of Debian France association since 2017, (assistant secretary since 2019) has participed at all French events around FOSS where Debian/Debian France was present and contributed to organize and set up the Debian booth at OSX, JDLL Lyon, and FOSDEM. He helped also to organize the Marseille MiniDebConf (2019) where I could meet Quentin in person.
Quentin is reliable and efficient, it's pleasant to work with him and I think his membership will be helpful for the Community.
I have personally worked with Quentin Lejard <debian@valde.fr>

can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, right now.

I support Quentin Lejard <q.lejard@valde.fr>'s request to become a Debian
Developer, non-uploading.

Quentin joined Debian-related activities while working with Alban Vidal
(zordhak). I met both of them in 2019 (maybe 2018, not certain) at a French
people gathering. Since then he joined Debian France as a surrogate secretary
and attended all French events around FOSS where Debian/Debian France was
represented. He held the Debian booth at FOSDEM for multiple years and helped
with organization of diverse events since then.

At some point he would like to do technical stuff, but this learning curve
should not prevent him to be acknowledged for his past and current
contributions.

I have personally worked with Quentin Lejard <q.lejard@valde.fr> (key
