I support Peter Wienemann <fossdev@posteo.de>'s request to become a Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with Peter Wienemann on packaging and maintaining python-lark since 2020.
I consider them as having sufficient technical competence to become a Debian Developer.

After working some time with Peter, I granted Peter the rights to upload python-lark.
Peter has kept python-lark updated and bug-free ever since.
I have as well sponsored some other Peter's packages, mostly new python-lark dependencies.
I have to say that I rarely had to correct anything in their packaging.

I have personally worked with Peter Wienemann <fossdev@posteo.de> (key 7F44F1E078290D700045BC275D5F6C020398A60A) since 2020 and I know Peter Wienemann can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
